I'm a diabetic on 500mgs Morphine sulfate continuous release for diabetic neuropathy. I smoke pot at night to sleep and also it helps lots for lowering blood suger, hence the munchies. My doctor perscribed me Nabilone 1mg and I took 4 the first night. I didn't feel much until about 4 hours later, fell asleep, slept all night and felt super tired all the next day. Those things are great, but they don't hit fast and hard enough, and they last way too long. Is there anyone who knows anything about injecting them? What would it be like?

I really don't advise jumping straight to IV if the drug isn't working for you. I don't really know anything about Nabilome specifically, but you should look into other ROAs, such as sublingual, snorted, plugged, etc. before you consider IV.

I don't think nabilone is water soluble. You'd have to use a surfactant like tween 80 or lecithin to make an emulsion, or propylene glycol. I think the oral bioavailability is 10-20%, and it takes a couple hours to peak, so injecting in might be five times stronger, at least. And cesamet has starch, which is bad to inject.I'm not sure if a micronfilter or regular cotton could filter an emulsion.
