Nabilone/ cesamet

Hey guys. The other day i grabbed "nabilone " 1mg pill. Nabilone or Cesamet is a synthetic cannabinoid i guess , and never even knew this shit existed. Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with this stuff , and if so is there some sort of conversion ? I smoke about 3.5 grams a day , so quite a good tolerance. I have a hard time thinking only a couple mg"s will get me medicated. Thanks Ty

"Medicated"? I assume that choice of word means you're probably using weed for medical reasons. What medical condition are you treating?

yea I use it for chronic pain. I also finds it helps with back spasms. It takes about a gram or 2 of bud injested to get me feeling good. Im just not sure how much is the rough equivelant in nabilone
