Hi guys! I'm 19 (20 tomorrow!) and have been experimenting recently with 2c-e, the only drug I've done besides weed. Looking forward to continuing to explore it and to trying out some other psychedelics - and who knows what else? Definitely want to roll sometime, too.

My enthusiasm about mind-altering substances has been a little bit concerning, in that I've been so excited about them that I've been choosing super-inconvenient times to trip (like, I have a problem set due in ten hours and I'm currently waiting for a small [~6 mg] sublingual/oral dose of 2c-e to kick in...), but to be honest, I'm not worried about the drugs getting in the way of my life so much as the idea that I'm wasting mah drugz by not waiting for the best opportunities to try them out. :]

Anyway, this looks like a really active, friendly, and helpful community! Looking forward to seeing what y'all have to say about your experiences.

Good 'old 2c-e....one of my favorite psychedelics. I have had an actual "trip" on 8mg's, and I find the optimal dose to be 18mg's. Powerful yet so beautiful. Be safe and have fun.

@TOS: My highest dose and best trip has been 20 mg (10 dissolved in water then 10 swallowed in a cap a couple hours later) - it was great, and I don't see myself going much further than that. Thanks for the welcome!

edit @ama: I'm definitely interested, yeah. My friend thinks I'll enjoy 2c-b a lot.
 
Yes 2c-c and 2c-d are both really nice, diet psychedelics. Smooth sailing with those 2. I always put 2c-i in that category but some say it is a little on the stimulating side.

As far as the stronger phens I like 2c-e and 2c-t-2. Both give massive visuals but a bit of a rocky comeup IME.

It seems like one of the biggest drawbacks to 2cs are the physical effects, but I've been really lucky as far as body load on 2c-e (I understand the discomfort that lots of people feel, but for me, the "bad" sensations are there just to set off good ones and make them more pronounced).

Which would you say has the best visuals? I see a couple of conflicting opinions in the 2c-x comparison thread. Visuals are what most fascinate me at this point - I'm not at a stage where I want to go too deep into myself, hahaha.
 
Best visuals out of the 2c's........2c-e/2c-t-2/2c-p. I would never tell anyone to take 2c-p as 8-10mg's can be too much. As much as we hope people are using mg scales some people think they are superman/woman.

I am sure the Psychedelic Drugs will interest you,as well as the Ecstasy Discussion . don't overlook forums like Drug FAQs and Basic Drug Discussion and of course Trip reports. That should get you started. Be sure to read all guidelines before posting in a forum. also going over the BLUA and the FAQs. the small time investment will make your journey easier. And if you need help,ask a MOD. Bluelight is full of amazing MODs,Senior MODs,Crew and Admins who bust their asses but will always make time to help someone out.
