No, they are not the same.
4-acetoxy-dipt is dipt with a 4 acetoxy group attached...likewise, 4-hydroxy-dipt is dipt with a 4 hydroxy group attached.

just a quick fyi for you, dipt is mostly just auditory halucinations and not much to it, i would put more research into 4-ace if i were you or 5-meo-dipt.
