These amphetamine analogues are going to lead to something nasty like that older more known amphetamine analogue (i cannot think of the name now) patients that used it or tested it started to get parkinsons like movement disorders a decade later

It's neither MPTP! The Parkinson-like effects of MPTP develop within hours to days, not a decade. Sounds more like the oldschool tricyclic neuroleptics to me, which can cause late extrapyramidal side effects, akathisia, muscle-stiffness, muscle-cramping, restlessness, tremors or the funnily named "Rabbit syndrome". All these can occur up to several decades after the application.
