Ok so this is my first time posting but I've used this site for many years or info and such. This may be posted in the completely wrong section and if so I'm sorry. Please move it for me to the appropriate one.
So my friend, who has a lot of expeience in America with opiates and has done heroin a fair amount, asked my advice on something. He says he's done both tar on the west coast and powde (usually powder) on the east. He's traveling now in SE Asian and said he was at first avoiding any drugs (as he has been sober for over half a year) but finally broke down towards the end of the trip cuz he lives somewhere now where he can't get any drugs and figured this wouldn't hurt him. He said 1st time in Vietnam he got fake H and then the 2nd time he got decent stuff. It was H in a solid little white block an broke into powder, so not that unusual. Then in Cambodia he got that same stuff his first go. The secon time he got fake powder, and then after that got excited cuz he got a tan powder similar in look and texture to what he would get in NYC. However again it was fake, or at leat really weak. Then he said he got something from a guy, who isn't speak much English and wasn't really knowledgable (he thought he wanted weed for most of the discussion). Finally he got something and was really upset because it was a clear to slightly white crystal substance and there was very little in it. Definitely not the g he expected. After trying to no avail to argue, he took it and left. He assumed it was cocaine cuz it looks similar and is a similar crystaline texture coke sometimes comes in. When he tasted it, it was very bitter but it didn't make his mouth numb. He final said he snorted a little, just to see an says he definitely feels opiate like feelings, more body than head but definitely an opiate feeling and not an amphetamine one. Now he likes this might be some special SE Asia dope but doesn't know.
Has anyone had any experience with anything like this and maybe knows exactly what it is? My friend thinks it is OK but he is worried an wants to be safe before doing too much.
