K from what I've read I understand that this is very dangerous stuff. I've been taking hydrocone/oxycodone for 5+ years now. Right now my tolerance is ~100mg of hydro 3x a day, or when I'm in a pinch, I'll snort 4mg of bupe 2x a day. The patch is a Mylan 25mcg/hr. With my tolerance, would I be good(high and alive) cutting it into 6 eqaul pieces and placing one of the 6 in my mouth between gum and cheek? And is that all you do, no isopropyl alcohol? Any input is good.

You are correct. This is highly dangerous stuff, never intended to be cut, eaten, smoked, etc. Even the method advised by Mylan has caused accidental death. My son also had such a high tolerance he decided he would use all the methods I typed above. He had used opiates daily for approximately 8 years, with regular use of fent patches. He thought he was the shaman of his own habit because he had used this stuff so many times, every way possible. One day, he decided he would break open a patch and smoke whatever amount he had been doing for quite a while. Bad day. He over-dosed. Lucky we found him in time. Docs managed to resucitate him. When he became aware, first thing they asked him was why he tried to kill himself. He told them he'd been a user for years of the same amount and did the usual. He admitted to smoking it. They had taken his blood and knew the huge dosage. I'll never forget how this very large group of medical staff kept looking at him. It was a mix of horror, pity, disbelief he had survived, a "this person WANTS to die or is the stupidest man still breathing" look, a lot heads bowed down and head-shaking, non-believers in a god starting to believe, big, scared eyes even by trauma staff. These people see worst of worst all the time. The team who saved him were deeply disturbed with good reason. Anyone who does this is playing Russian Roulette each and every time, using drugs instead of a gun. They both do the same thing, and if you continue to play, eventually your bullet will come around and you will die as a result. I would not recommend messing with fent patches even to the most experienced, high-tolerance user. My son's bullet came around. Lucky for him there was gun failure and miraculously, it did not discharge. I hope you do not begin this. If you do, good luck. You might want to consider writing a goodbye letter to your family and carrying it in your wallet.

Compelling... but it doesn't answer my question. I'm not smoking it either, I'm putting it between my gums.

okay here we go. about 30 mins ago i went ahead and cut this 25uG/hr patch into 6 pieces. The package says in total, theres 2.55 mg of fentanyl in the patch. Thats about 0.425 mg a strip. I put one strip in my mouth between gum and cheek about 25 mins ago. My w/d's went away but I don't have much of a buzz. Hopefully it will get stronger.

SO? How did the rest of the experience go?

I've got a 50mcg/hr Fent patch and considering the safest method to use it.

If you cut it into 6 equal pieces, is it possible to keep the unused ones sealed in a ziplock baggie for use at a later time, or do they "go bad" once they're cut open?

I had to put 2 strips in my mouth to feel any effect.Thats what I did, put in a ziplock bag and put it in a drawer where sun nor heat would get to it.

I think fentanyl sucks recreationally, however it's great to stave off WD or to keep pain managed. I find the amount of fent it actually takes to get jacked on is close to Od range. I only use the patches for WD and pain. Sorry, I wish I had a better report for you.
