....You could try a few things with her..
1. When ever she does it , like when you aid move to the right in bed, ask her WHY? after she says sorry.. If you ask each time WHY? ...She will start thinking about it and most of the time will come back with IDK.. if you keep it up it was become very apparent to her how often she is doing it if she has to explain it each time..
2. Have her take a Dominate role sexually ether with you or another party since you have an open marriage. Her learning to "top" as its called and control another person (be them male or female) may help her learn to be more assertive over all.. One Idea would be to even Co-top with her.. (find a cute girl or boy what ever floats your boat) Just be sure not to take over and only to guide her and help give her direction not tell her how and what to do.. Go check out fetlife you may get lots of great information there on subject..

Maybe start out with a 'No Sorry Sunday' and then when she masters that you can try Saturday too. Then Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc... It's a bit of a turn off for sure but if that's the only problem then well done! Sorry during sex needs to go for sure though. I guess that just trying to boost her confidence in the fact that what she's doing is just fine is important too. Lots of compliments and encouragement would be helpful too.
