You should be fine to take the xanax when you start coming down, if you take it while your still high you will either not feel the xanax or you will just start coming down quicker. Theres no huge danger in taking xanax on speed, sure its not healthy to mix drugs but speed is not a healthy drug anyway. If you went to the hospital with psychosis or anxiety/panic attacks due to the speed its probable that they would give you valium which is very similar to xanax.
So yes its fine, just dont overdo it. I know of people who have kept popping xanax because they havent felt it, then when they do start feeling it it will hit you all at once and you may black out. Just take it slowly with the xanax.

Ya just go easy on the speed. Thank you, we only intend on doing speed every now and then. The come down is a major off put as we both work long hours and a little nervous due to our ages. But we had fun. Is the psychosis a risk with irregular use and low doses that sounds terrible.
