hey, not quite sure where this one belongs but I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.

basically I got a filling on a molar about a week and a half ago, it was quite sore to begin with but gradually went away. that was until this morning.
i was woken by an acute pain coming from my jaw, and it's been coming and going in waves all day.
the only thing I've had to stave it off has been a plentiful supply for paracetamol and ibuprofen, but all in all I've taken about 8000mg of paracetamol (an unhealthy amount to say the least) and around 2000mgs of ibuprofen. The only thing that's stopped the pain in any way at all has been the paracetemol, and I'm totally kicking myself for using up all my co-codamol in a CWE a couple of nights ago.

All the shops are closed and I'm dreading the pain come bed-time, but I also don't want to die of liver failure. Any suggestions/tips/home remedies?

tl;dr, my teeth, they hurt

Kratom can be a pretty good painkiller. I'd say it's around codeine strength, maybe a little more.

It's the same tooth you just had filled? I'd be going back to that dentist first thing in the morning.
