Hello everyone!!!!
So i just recently got the news that at the end of the holiday season my work will be conducting UA's
A little bit about myself, I take MDMA frequently (in rock form) but stopped soon enough to avoid it coming up on the ua.
I don't toke but i recently dabbed and took a peice of "weed candy" with my GF on the 24th of Dec. The test is expected to be on the 3rd or 6th of Jan.
So i started out my detox on the 25th and 26th by drinking a jug of cranberry juice every day, but stopped when i heard that a better route is to just sweat it out.
After hearing that i switched my methods up, on the 27th i started taking 1000mg of niacin when i wake up, then redosing 500 mg every 2 hours (2 more times).
Then at night when im not feeling all drained from the niacin (it usually puts me to sleep) i go on a long run, the original goal was to do 5 miles each time but im going up 1 mile every time i do it. Started this on the 27th doing a 5 mile, 28th was a 6 mile, ect ect..
i was also considering visiting the sauna to get some hot sweaty dirty detox action, #2014 (LETS FUCKING GO)
but yea. im not a regular smoker and im pretty skinny. Do you guys think this method is a reliable way to flush the thc out of my system? LMK!
