I know everyone writes about love, but I would appreciate any feedback from my blurb
90% of the people of this world don't know what love means. And I'm not saying this because I think I have had a more intense "love" than you have. Love is not a conscious feeling; love isn't an emotion, like anger or spite or happiness are. There aren't varying degrees of love. It isn't something that you earn or grow or learn by being with, sleeping with, watching movies with someone. Love is an underlying current; love is the subtext. "I want you to be in a better state, to be closer to perfection, so I sacrifice;" this is the proclamation of love. The love that I have for my mother is the same that I have for my siblings is the same that I have for my friends is the same that I WILL have someday for my wife. Surely you will think this absurd or weird or scary, but its true. Love is not the conscious emotion, love is the subtext, the undercurrent. There is but one love, and many varying expressions of that love.
Not fully fleshed out, but just enough to fit in my profile.
