I’ve been working on a an audio podcast via anchor. It’s a collection of my thoughts, one recording is as I’m experiencing a meltdown related to autism and depression. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of nor is it uncommon. I’m finding that this is a useful and constructive outlet for the emotions that sometimes bubble over and also a good platform for my thoughts. Enjoy listening!
