My Morning Indulgence: Heroin, Fentanyl, Amphetamines & more = one of my best highs!
forgive my typing in advance im crosseyed and even winkinh is hard to see anythong which usuallt wotks. im touch typong and i nnever learned how to quicky
First off lemme tell you about the dope I use. i get the same stuff every time called Main Event or sometimes its stamped You';ll Be Backbutr most of the time it is unstamped if he and his associates i dont know about are in a rush wit ha new batch to get it out and sometimes they wanna be more low key so the stamp doesnt get tattention and its a precaution- he is very careful and hasnt accepted anyone new in the last 6 months out of paranoia and he has enough regulars. my friends husband got pulled on a warrant and is in jail now since he had a long record and got caught with a bundle of this stuff. the legal report shows the lab test they did on this stuff was almost 75% pure, i think it was 73ish. I have tried my share of jersey stamps and other stuff around manhattan and n0thing compares. Only drawback his stuff costs the same per bag regardless of quantity and it is worth every dollar. every time i try to save cash to buy a brick from somewhere else it ends up being at least less than half as good usually 1/3 or 1/4 the quality and a couple lucky times i got some stuff equivalent to 1.5 bags of this. I would say it varies between 70-80 percent on average so it is the most reliable stuff i have ever encountered. no dealling with all the games in the rest of the NJ. NY, and PA games where there is a new stamp every day and each lasts maybe a week or two tops just to cause confusion and be able to get away with selling shit. No offense to that crowd- you guys don't have it as good as you think. I have never heard of anyone else selling or who who has a source like this who is consistent every time for over a year now. I consider myself blessed to have a friend who is in with the guy for years since he just wont take anyone new. anyone enough rambling about how much i love my dope.

2am 2 bags IV mixed with 800 mcg of Fentanyl extraction %) I know my limits and how I react to fentanyl Iv very well I can IV an entire patch and be fine, I think thats what has made my tolerance shoot up though so maybe ill stay away from it. its just a great value and now that i have come up with a solid method it is easy to etract frm matrix "abuse proof" patches
230am- 4mg klonopin and 100 mg diphenhydramine sublingual/oral (i have a high benzo tolerance so i dont worry about mixing with opiates, it just synergizes and enhances things)
245am 10mg hydroxyzine IV
3:50-5AM 2 shots of vodka
3am nodded off and passed out for an hour or so
4;30am 1 bag of heroin IV and shot of espresso after a nap
545 am prepped 60mg mixed amphetamine salts (adderrall)for IV by filtering through 3ml syringe barrels packed with cotton and got a crystal clear solution not even any orange tint
6am mixed the amp with 4 bags of heroin all in a 3ml syringe and i am blown away.

EDIT: I just counted my stash and I must have done 2 more somewhere in there since I have 3 left and that accounts for 10 out of15 total I got tonight
I was scared at first but after going halfway in I felt good and not passing out (I had a shot of narcan in my lap and powder suboxone in plastic wrap between my teeth since i thougth there might be a small chance of od since i havent done this much since my full blown addict days several months ago and now i use for a week tops then take a brealk and this one starts at noon tomorrow for a longer haul this time of 2 weeks. my wallet needs it and my arms need to heal and tolerance to go down.
This was my first every speedball attempt and let me say FUCKING AWESOME. I think adderrall is great for this since coke IV has given me rough experiences and sometimes the cuts are too iffy. that and i ODed on it a couple months ago. I like the rush and alertness of amp without the fiending and stupid 5 minute rsh/high from IV coke plus it costs way too much.
I was in pure bliss just taking all the warmth and euphoria in and after i knew i wasnt going to OD i relaxed and itwas even better. I still feel great and the adderrall is starting to come through . I thought it might counteract the dope nd make me not be able to nod or get a huge rush but i think it added to the rush and i feel very mellow and amazing right now and was nodding off for 15 minutes or so. I will do some more dope in an hour or so. This is one of the best highes I;ve ever had so to people who say you can never get a high as good as your first I just did although it wont last as long so theyre right there.
