My mom took my acid?

Talk to your mum, she sounds cool, so give her the respect of asking her. I've got teenage and grown up kids, and I know it's better to keep talking about stuff rather than guessing what's going on, so I guess she's prepared for this conversation. If she's taken cid then she's probably got good advice for you.
Another general rule that's good is to keep your drugs safe. If your mum found your tabs, could anyone else have? Things could be worse if another kid found them, or maybe worse for you if another adult found them. There's more to doing drugs than just taking them and having fun. If you didn't store them safely, maybe it shows you aren't mature enough.

And to the person that called me a hypocrite, that is pretty much the most baseless opinion you could have on me.

About the whole LEGAL drinking age in your kangaroo nation, its called a LEGAL drinking age. LEGAL..... LEGAL
 
Well you appear to live in the US, and from I've read about your criminal justice system's view of controlled substances it's pretty draconian. You could take a view that in allowing you to keep/take weed on her premises she's taking a risk. Should you get caught it could well create a difficult situation for her. Should you get busted and the police find acid in her house, it could be much worse. Don't forget, most people here respect and love acid, seeing it as fairly benign - not so the authorities. To them it is one of the worst drugs out there. Manufacturers commonly get sentences in excess of 20 years in jail. Now you won't get that for possession of a small amount, but it could cause problems for your mother in respect of her job and social life. So she does have a right to ferret out things in her house that could disrupt her life. In fact she may well be more enlightened than you, and all you might need to do is say over breakfast, ".... damn it mum, I've gone and lost 6 hits of acid. Don't suppose you've seen it have you"?
 
I too thought your mum had eaten the 6 tabs herself. Which, IME, is actually really funny.

When I was 17 my mother found a bag of fresh shrooms in the fridge and decided to put them on a pizza. Needless to say she tripped hard. It was a good thing she's an old hippy from the 60's and knew what had happened XD

Just ask her about them. If she's cool she may give them back. If you act indignant or angry she'll probably toss them if she hasn't already

As I said, talk to her about it, and be grateful. She's taking a risk letting you smoke in her house, a big one, and if I found acid in my 16 year old's shit I'd probably take it too, and give it back to them when they're 18 or 19. I know I regretted waiting longer to try psychedelics.
