A lot of the items I use can be replaced by any heat resistant metal, but for this I'm going to go with my set up instead of thinking up more efficient replacement parts (I'm aware every item here could be upgraded, but this was made with just things around my room, it was a peeve challenge haha). It works damn well anyway. So here is what I used along with some general information as to what they are used for:
-Soldering Iron 30 Watt [Mine was the gun, but that's not necessary you can use a pointer if you prefer] from RadioShack. Generally even the weakest of soldering irons will reach a high enough temperature to vape/smoke MDPV or other such chemicals.
-A street sign (The metal part) used for basically a contained area for all of the pieces involved, very easy to scrape up any MDPV that gets away, no risk of harm should the soldering iron make contact with it, the list goes on but any sheet of metal will work just as well.
-*Patron bottle (Any size works, but I went with the smaller one as the medium bottles gave too much free space for the smoke to wander around, so my raisin sized lungs couldn't use it as well)
-*Any item to break out the bottom of it as well, I forgot what I used for this, but the bottom of a Patron bottle is easily breakable, I remember we placed a tool that was made of steal and just gave it a pop and most of the bottom fell out immediately. The pointed glass can be dangerous, but beyond getting the glass out you should have no reason to be touching that part of the bottle any more.
-Tin Foil to create a flimsy flap that allows room for the soldering iron to enter, yet is easily either closed back during the hit to prevent smoke from escaping the bottle
Alternatively you can simply cover about 60 percent of the bottom of the patron bottle with the tin foil, and it will contain about 80%+ of the smoke and you don't risk the chance of accidentally burning your fingers while closing up the flaps.
-A piece of string or some such to wrap around the tin foil, to prevent it from moving around or falling off.
-The [top of the] case off of a zippo
Some cutting pliers to remove the top half
The top of the zippo was really awesome as the corners allowed a lot of control on how big of a hit you wanted to get.
-Something to hold the soldering iron when not in use, most people will have a stand for it, but I couldn't find one of mine so I used a poker chip holder and slipped the handle of my soldering gun in pointed away from anything it could burn
-MDPV (Or whatever chemical you'd like to try this with)
-Common sense, respect, and caution are advised.
Enjoy!
Images of how it looks step by step while it is in use, should help make anything I accidentally left out or bastardized the explanation of. Most items are labeled.

Prepare yourself, and be careful, we've come to know this as the "peeve bong" for a reason.
Every now and then it will throw you a curve ball as well and a tiny little bit of MDPV will fill this thing up and send you reeling.
And note that my tolerance is incredibly high so anyone doing this as a recreational user should weigh out each hit individually and not put in several hits worth, the reason I do that is if I get a giant amount of it, the worst that's going to happen is I won't have to hit it 3 or 4 times in a row.
Hope this system works out as well for you as it does for me.
Now, it is time for me to sleep.
