My Meth Postload - An amazing difference

Hi All

I know this is a much covered thread, but i thought i would post my version.

I'm a seasoned meth user - 10+ years of regular and at times fairly heavy use. These days i have a career and can't afford to be fucked up on Monday morning after a big weekend. I've experimented a bit with harm reduction and have found some simple truths.... most importantly ahead of anything else i think to call it a night at a sensible time. I'd average about 12 hours per session (ie first dose at 9pm and final one at 9am) and at that point despite the temptation to keep going, wind down instead - knowing that there is no rush, don't be greedy, it can wait for another time. Sleep dep is a HUGE player in comedowns, bigger than most people think.

But beyond that, i've got a routine which seems to work well.

1) Before bed, eat 2 bananas and some milk so the body has fuel to start recovering while you sleep. These are high in all sorts of good vitamins/minerals (including Tryptophan).
2) Also take a multivitamin. With multivitamins you get what you pay for - the cheap ones are rubbish. Its worth spending an extra $20-$30 to get one that DOES actually contain what is listed and in those quantities.
3) Spirulina - Again, contains all sorts of good stuff for the body especially amino acids.
4) MOST IMPORTANTLY - TYROSINE!! This stuff is amazing. I used to have week long 'never again' comedowns where i was depressed, lethargic, and essentially useless. I once tried Tyrosine but again bought a cheap brand and it did nothing. But i recently bought Musashi Brand (more expensive) and did not regret it. Dose your Tyrosine before bed and then twice a day. I use about 1.5x the recommended dose, which i'm assuming is safe enough. If you follow all the above you'll find that instead of feeling like shit you will just feel tired for a couple of days and then back to normal baseline.

It has really worked well for me and i can now enjoy my meth knowing that Monday won't be that bad. Good luck fellow psychonauts!

I'm not really sure if you're asking a question or if you're just stating what's good for you. I will keep this open for now, but it might be closed later. Something like this is better suited for blogs since you're not opening up discussion all that much. Glad you've found a routine that's good for you on the comedown.
