21:00 05-7.5mg AMT (spilt) (05-7.5mg AMT total)
21:30 2 cider (250ml 5.5% )
23:05 2.5mg AMT (7.5-10mg AMT total)
23:15 1 lager (440ml 4.0% )
00:40 3 cider (440ml 5.3% )
00:55 2.5 AMT (10.0-12.5mg AMT total)
Notes:
- Throughout the night vodka was taken, bottle started
at 2/3 full, ended at 1/3 full (330ml)
21:15 - Euphoria, talkativeness, tired
21:25 - Slight nausea
21:30 - Light headed-ish
21:45 - Tired/heavy legs, feel good
21:48 - Slight short term memory problems
21:55 - Very talkative
22:00 - A big grin is on my face, Shaun of the Dead is
much funnier, and music is good
22:06 - Very slight pupil dilation
22:26 - Feels like alcohol is taking over AMT effects
22:41 - Talkativeness is declining (more interested in
the movie than talking to MJB, was vice versa)
23:15 - Talkativeness increasing again
23:26 - Increase in memory problems
00:38 - A bit of tiredness due to AMT
07:00 - Very nauseaus, tired
09:00 - Half a nytol
13:15 - Still stimulated, shaking, eyes dilated
14:40 - Stimulation suddenly disappeared
16:45 - Feel much better though my body still feels
tired
During the night I had a brief panic, heart rate was
150 & I couldnt sleep

Normally when I take AMT some things occur:
1. I have 0 urge to redose
2. My heart rate is never uncontrollably high
3. Stimulation always overtakes any alcohol Ive drank
But for some reason tonight, all 3 of these rules were broken. It was about 2 weeks since I last used AMT too.
Why was this experience so bad?
Also, is it safe for me to take a Nytol tablet to help me get to sleep?
