My lungs are totally shot need suggestions

Yeah slim I know its not a good thing. I eat fairly healthy and I am skinny which is a plus I guess. I am going to start exercising more often. I mean I can run my lungs actually feel better when I am moving its just when I am sitting around not doing shit that I feel short of breath.

lol but seriously if you dont want to quit smoking at least do something to counter act the smoking, it will be hard as hell but something is better than nothing.

I got my vaporizer in the mail today!! I also started jogging went for 30 minutes today!! Just wanted to thank everyone for there tips and advice!!
 
If it makes you feel any better I have smoked every day for 10 years. I know exactly what you feel and how shit your lungs feel.
Trust me brother I know what your going through. I can barley breath but unfortunately my weed addiction is very strong.
I have switched to vaporizing and it has helped a little. I mean yes definitely vaping helps A LOT.
I have the silver surfer vape and love it. I try to eat edible firecrackers which helps alot but is way to strong. Vaping is my only way to smoke every day with minimal tar build up. However vaping is still fucking up my lungs and air passage ways. My air passage ways in my thraot and lungs always feel sore from constant abuse.

It kinda seems if I am never going to stop smoking. :( I kinda wish I waited till I was this age to start.
Im not sure what ending my lungs are going to meet. Its a scary thought.
Im here with you my friend. Your 8 years in... im 10... at least your not alone. and trust me... I have probably abused 3x as much as you. I also use to live in a country with crappy weed and about 5 years of my smoking habbit i smoked horrible quality weed laced with god knows what. I have smoked any where from 1 - 10 times a day EVERY DAY for the past 10 years (maybe a 1-2 day break and a random 1 month break like once a year). Its amazing how much one can smoke.
 
Vape along with firecrackers Imo. Super easy to make as well, spread nutella on a cracker. Break up the bud nicely and finely. Sprinkle it onto the nutella put another cracker on top. In the oven it goes for like 20 min. If that doesn't get you high you have a retarded tolerance. Iv gotten a few panic attacks from being too baked on firecrackers.

How much bud are we talking about sprinkling? And I assume you get really good bud out there in Cali?
 
Follow my directions to the letter.

- Pre-Heat Oven 320F

- 2 Ritz Crackers put about half tablespoon of "Organic Peanut Butter" on each cracker
(you want the shit that is very liquid and gooey)(do not use fucking skippy non organic regular peanut butter as the chance of success with these brands are much lower)

- Spread it out and sprinkle 1 gram of finely chopped cannabis onto one side.

- Put the 2 pieces together to make a cracker peanut butter weed sandwich.

- Wrap the sandwich in tinfoil and bake it for 23 minutes exactly.

- Let it cool down and eat within 24 hours - 3 days.

- Eat it when you first wake up in the morning when NOTHING is in your stomach.

- Forget that you ate the cracker... It can take up to 2 hours 30 minutes to feel it.

- Don't ask "am i high yet" you wont ask that question once you see the true power of fire crackers.

This only works efficiently if you use Organic peanut butter and FIRE bud.

If your like me and find that the cracker fucks you up beyond belief try a half cracker next time.

It may take a week of experimentation to get your dosage right. You may either need to up the dosage or decrease it.

.4 gets me FUCKED up. 1 gram has me drooling on my self.

DO NOT FUCKING SMOKE WHILE YOUR WAITING FOR IT TO KICK IN. FORGET ABOUT SMOKING UNLESS YOU DONT FEEL ANYTHING FOR 6 HOURS after digestion.

Feel free to vape once you feel high from that cracker to be even more fucked up. LOL usually I cant make it to this part if I injested a gram.

Sometimes the cracker will just not work. Every 10 times I cook crackers 2 out of those 10 times I dont feel a thing.

Why? I dont know. Edibles are just that way.

Also its amazing to mix 1mg of xanax with your 1 gram fire cracker. I my self have had several panic attacks from the 1 gram fire cracker as it is just too insane sometimes. The 1 mg xanax fixes all that :)
 
I would just like to pop in and say the firecrackers are pretty awesome and should be common knowledge to every smoker. It used to amaze me when I would mention eating a firecracker and a real heavy weed head'd just look at me like, "....huh? You ate a firecracker? The fuck?"
 
Personally, I like to smoke 0.07g - 0.15g of top-shelf dank. Any more than that burns me out when it wears off, but sativas are good for avoiding the burning out.

I recommend buying yourself a nice little concentrate bong/bubbler, and a 14mm Ti Nail V3 with a dome setup. Since you're in Alabama, you must have good access to cheap, good mids, hopefully non-compressed. This way you can make yourself some super-quick QWISO! :) All you need is 91-99% alcohol, 2 strainers, a pyrex pie dish, a mini-window scraper, and a coffee filter. I feel like oil dabs irritate the bronchial tree/lungs much less than weed vaporizers, since there is a lot more hot air irritating the lungs and throat, where you can get GOOD with a single dab.

With QWISO, you can use stems, shake, trim, leaves, herb, whatever, it still comes out really good if you know what you're doing. Do 4 washes (10-15s soak on first wash, no agitation, with 20s soak on fourth wash, with very light agitation). The light agitation, combined with freezing the herb/mason jar and ISO bottle and a super-quick wash, keeps the chlorophyll and other plant matter on the herb, so you have quality more or less consistent with top-shelf BHO for your first 2 runs.

over-inflation of lungs due to inhalation of Marajuana

Marijuana. I believe this is something I experienced frequently in my years of smoking, but recently it has felt worse- perhaps due to temperature changes.

Last week I received some really smooth marijuana. So smooth that hitting it produced no discomfort. Then I felt a sharp pain in my chest. And subsequently nerves all over my thorax and down my left arm started flaring up. I kept trying to connect it to a causer- some single one such as a food allergy reaction or pinched nerves- the nerves still probably a factor... but I got better in a weeks time. Yesterday I was finally able to take a full breath- and breathing became relaxed and easy again.

Then last night I used my vaporizer... as I did the night before- decided not to smoke anymore, but inhaled too deeply last night, holding it in
..
And I think I stretched them out again, because once again its hard to breath. Unnatural flow. I actually think light inhaling the night before may have helped recovery. I don't know.

Anyone know of any exercises to help recover? This time doesn't feel nearly as bad... but still very uncomfortable the disruption in breathing.

dude be very very careful! just because you are using a vape dont mean you cant/arent/wont do damage to your lungs.
are you feeling pain or discomfort on exhalation or inhalation? do you hear any gurgling sounds or are short of breath? if pain or uncomfort persists i would go to er and get a chest x ray or cat scan asap. my pneumothorax started with a sudden pain as you described but came on slowly as the air slowly leaked through my bleb/lung wall into the chest cavity creating pressure forcing my left lung down. when i woke i heard gurgling noises and thought i was having a heart attack...scary shit...only just managed to roll out of bed in maximum pain and barely drove myself to hospital.
not saying you got one but i had a pneumothorax and it aint fun!
holding the smoke or vapour inside your lungs for an extended period of time is really not good! some people call it ghosting, very bad for you.
best exercise to recover imo would be an extended break from inhaling foreign substances into your mouth/throat/lungs.

No doesn't come across as that. I thought it might have been collapse lung but it healed. I do think I need to take a long break. I just hope this heals like last time. I am fine when I'm doing something, but it's like when I'm trying to relax I just can't breath.
 
At least you don't have a collapsed lung I know people who were long term herb smokers only who have had that happen.
 
A voice tells me its autonomic. As in I irritated a nerve I guess. This would align with how I can actually get a full breath... but the natural breathing is disrupted. The natural rhythm. Last week I felt it extending up into my neck/head, and down my arm, and branching out all over chest. It wasn't even that associated with breathing. Just at first. Stomach breathing never discomfort.

Still... the method seems unnatural. Taking a long break. Moving onto oil extractions for oral consumption.

Also, perhaps linking to autonomic... playing the game Halo makes breathing easier. No shortness of breath when walking either.

When my ex had hers... I felt very similarly to now, for days.
