My list for w/d I'm about to endure (suggestions?)

Anger And Rage

So I've been on fentanyl patches 50mcg for a while now, it's been about a month and a half since my last fuck up where I over used and ran out about 12 days early and think I had a pretty thorough detox from it.
Anyways I've done it again... It's not to get high, it's to control my pain which 50mcg clearly isn't cutting it so as soon as I'm at the pain clinic I'm asking for an increase.
It's been about a month and a half of using the patches since my detox.
Just wondering if I'm missing anything from my prep list, I wanna make it easier this time, two weeks to go until my refill. I have on me now:

Advil
Clonazepam ( enough for about 4-6 days) used during the day
Seroquel 100mg 7 nights worth (sleep aid)
Trazodone 150mg 7 night worth (sleep aid)
Tons of Gatorade, tea, bottled water, Vit. B12, fruits and all that.
Lots of Kratom for when it's unbearable
Limitless marijuana

Tomorrow I'm picking up some:

Tylenol #1
Loperamide
Gravol Ginger (Helps with stomach ache from the Kratom)
Gravol (nausea)

Any other recommendations that don't involve going to the doc as it takes a long time to get in.

And why don't more people use things like seroquel and trazodone for the insomnia?

I'm hoping its not too bad since its only been just over a month since I was right w/d from it.

Any suggestions appreciated.

You got a pretty good arsenal there for combatting opiate withdrawal. I cant think of anything non rx. I would only suggest using ur clonazepam sparingly, as the anxiety may last more than 4-6 days. In my opinion you have some of the most effective sleep meds to use while in w/d. Benzos and seroquel are the only things that allow me to sleep while kicking. Best of luck to you.

There are a lot of vitamins/minerals which will help you out, get them with either with a multivitamin or in individual supplements. But the most important are potassium, calcium, magnesium, most of the B vitamins, C, and Zinc are the ones off the top of my head you will want to supplement with. Basically you are not going to eat much, and these vits/mins are depleted by the strain on your body from withdrawal. Plus these vits/mins are important for the CNS, canb reduce anxiety and the RLS from w/d.

Lots of Kratom for when it's unbearable

id be using it to help control the pain throughout the window of time until your refill; in combination with the kratom, T1's, clonazepam and lope should be near to eliminating most of the discomfort. make them a constant - the kratom and T1's. why put yourself in that much physical and psychological turmoil unnecessarily?

If you were quitting for good, I'd say to take the kratom out. But since your going right back on in 2 weeks, Kratom is pretty much all you need. It will fill your receptors on it's own. Just make sure you have enough cause you'll need to re-dose every 4-8 hrs. All the other OTC meds would make a good medley for someone going Cold Turkey but taking kratom isn't really going CT in my mind. The worst thing you could do, would be to not take kratom and go through all that pain ridding yourself of dependency just to use again when you get your refill. So If your going back on, use the kratom as your main med. Find a good deal on some Maeng'da or if you really have the money you could get a bunch of extracts or UEI Kratom, which I believe to be the best.

I don't know if it will help but maybe try leaving ur patch on one extra day. They say there is meds still in after 72 hrs. So maybe leave the old one on and put the new on. Maybe the combo of the two will get u closer to 30 days

Thanks for all the replies friends, I'm on day three and slept like a baby for like 16 hours.
I know I can do this, just want the fuckin chills to stop, they're the worse for me I think.
But thanks for the responses.

As for the clonazepam, I'm on it regularily Prn so ill be getting more next week anyways.

Congrats on being clean that's great. However, just curious as to why you're putting yourself through this if your just going back on when you get a refill? You said you had kratom on hand, I would use that more and you shouldn't have to endure the chills. I don't know what kind of pain you have, but what you're doing will be almost for nothing if you go back on in a week or two. I would suggest staying clean and try to get a non-opiate pain killer unless you really have more intense pain. Doing what you're doing will lower your tolerance for a short period of time but that's about all I see you accomplishing. Doesn't seem like a fair trade off.

I can't go without strong pain meds, I have degeneration in my spine...

Is it possible I'm already through the worst of it? I feel so much better aside from the grogginess from the seroquel.

How many days have you been clean exactly? I don't know a whole lot about fentanyl, I've only tried it a time or two. I'm pretty sure it falls under the category of drugs that have a shorter withdrawal like 4-7 days. I'm withdrawaling from bupe now day 8, it's hell. Atleast you're not on that or methadone.

It's been 4 - 4.5 days I believe.
I'm doing so well I can't believe it. It's usually so much harder.
Plus I just got my Xbox One in so I have a good distraction/time killer.
Thanks for the support friends.

congratulations man, sounds like you're finished with the worst of it.
