People often forget than when they are dancing and sweating buckets they are losing a lot of salts etc from their bodies. I always tell people to drink the sports drinks (isotonic) as these quickly 'remineralize' you (is that a word? If not I love it anyway :D). I personally have never found that having a salty snack / drink helps that much with the 'gurn' though?
I do think that your rave survival pack should include an antibiotic / pain reducing spray (for the day after).
I was more offering general harm reduction along with the original topic at hand. I think few people think about minerals so I like to mention it. It's like when someone has an issue throwing up with MDxx, you could approach it two different ways. One, suggest things like weed and ginger for the nausea, or educate that eating a diet rich in green foods and low in processed garbage, fast food, preservatives and sugar, and plenty of exercise, will lend to an overall healthier physique where throwing up is much less likely. I have been taking drugs for several years and haven't thrown up since I was 18, one of the first times I took 14g of cubensis made into tea.
Also, I must insist no one put antibiotics in your body unless it is a life or death situation. And if you must take them, replenish the flora in your gut with a powerful probiotic. There are many natural ways to kill viruses in your body, ginger, turmeric, echinacea, medicinal mushrooms like reishi, or even honey and propolis.
Not to hate on your bearlove, these are just things I feel strongly about.
Does taking magnesium totally kill the clenching and grinding, or just lessen it?
It can take it down from a level of 9 or 10 to a 2 or 3.
