Hi there everybody,
I am here for the purpose of reading about different interests I have health, parenting, and whatever else spikes my interest. But my number one goal is to get a hold of my mental health. I literally just got back from seeing my psychiatrist. And I think he is a little upset that I'm asking for too many changes each time I see him. All I really want is to feel "normal". I want to be able to function in everyday life by managing my MDD, ADHD, GAD, PA, and Anxiety. I want to be secure enough to walk with my head held high and be able to take on just the simple task in life. Yet, my ultimate goal is to graduate college, get promoted at work, and be a mother/wife (unofficial) without all the nasty side effects of medication. I just need a place to go to read about how people are managing their lives and what works best for them. I do exercise regularly (30-50 minutes of vigorous walking) but I am still depressed, have problems concentrating/focusing, and anxious all the time. I have a full time job, a mother of 9 (five humans and four dogs), a wife to an amazing man, I also am taking one class at a time on-line. So this is me. I am actually a little nervous posting this. Haha! Such is life! I hope you all have a fantastic day!
