My hands are always either really cold or one is cold and other hot need help

Hi guys and girls,

I am new to this forum and would like to ask if anyone else has a similar problem to mine. Ive been smoking pot for the last 4 years, been smoking quite a a lot in the past year or so. I dont know if my hands are cold because i smoke or i dont know. Usually if i am at home sitting on the computer my right hand is always cold it doesnt matter how hard i try to warm it up it just never works. Sometimes when me and my buddies smoke my hands tend to get very wet im not sure if this is from the pot too. Any suggestions what might be causing this ?

I'm only guessing here but I'd say that sounds like it would have something to do with blood pressure being lowered and not as much blood getting to your hand to warm it up.

So you recon it has nothing to do with the bud etc..

It does onlymin the sense that bud further lowers your already low blood pressure. Plus you migh have minor circulation issues, does you hand warm up after bicep curls? Work out a little, it wilk help your blood flow
