My friends bad experience

So this has happened to my friend like a few times lately when he takes tested mdma, so this last weekend he took a legit tested orange, split into two doses, it was very enjoyable until twoards the end of the high (still rolling hard he said) but he wasnt very comprehensive, he kept holding his heart in pain, and he said he kept having these "flashes" just like his whole body and mind would flash repetedly if that makes sence, it doesnt to me, which is why im asking this so maybe i can get some answers, this is happened to him in the past aswell but he ended up passing out and we had to rush him to the medics (at a festival, and they didnt seem to be very trained medics) in which they said he was just dehydrated and they injected fluids, but this time we made sure he was hydrated, so idk.

I'd suggest he isn't suitable to taking this particular drug. He sounds like a suitable designated driver for your future drug adventures.
