Opioids my friend found this in a rock of dope

hi i have a question. my friend said she got a rock of dope. it was about a gram. she said when she broke the rock apart there was a peice of paper inside. why is that? is it from it being cut?
 
Probably, yeah.

We don't really allow substance ID, but needless to say heroin shouldn't have paper or other foreign material in it.
