I legit forget to be scared sometimes! I think 'cause I'm never sober and also I'm dumb. Also, my sense of humour is fucking weird. Like, [and now I sound like a hypocrite for this thread] once this guy messaged me who was so insanely hot I spent ages making sure first that he wasn't an AI and second that I wasn't being catfished. He sent a "share location" thing and I was like "sure, accept" but replied to his message with "I want you to choke me on your foot, snap my neck, and dump my body in your septic tank" and he sent a laughing emoji and then we arranged to meet and it wasn't until I met him that I was suddenly like "uh...you know that was a joke, right? I was being hyperbolic to emphasise how hot you are? You're not gonna actually DO that?"

I do that Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway method. Like, even if I'm so anxious I feel like Imma pass out, if I see someone I find really attractive, I'll force myself to approach them and fake being confident.

But that was like 90s apps basically -- I dont know if you gettin anything longterm off that. Still may be a better chance than apps? (obviously dont literally ask 100 girls they numbers in a weekend, unless idk you are in NYC or moving next week?)

I got no idea but till I got some more to bring to the table myself it isnt worth alot of concern.

Went for a dating site once few weeks ago not the standard ones you read about.
Looked for a niche that i might fit in. Cannabis orientated seemed a good angle.
Doesnt excist or never really got going. Or it just dont work that way.

Check for a niches dating sites you fit in maybe there is one. I dont like the concept.
People do it all the time. So it must work
