hi everyone.

i discovered bluelight earlier when i was searching online for remedies for mom's bruises from an IV she had yesterday (shes ok now) this place seemed like a nice place to visit when i saw it so i decided to become a member

my name is katie im from south texas. i started drinking often when i was 15 i had to quit suddenly after a bad hangover gave me a seizure . i quit drinking then and i waited a month to see a dr and the dr gave alprazolam (xanax) to me it seemed wonderfull helping me feel much better i took 3 .25 mg a day when i started . i didnt want that life forever so i started tapering my dose i found support on benzobuddies online i saw how many folks there quit alprazolam safely from 0.0625mg a day so i quit that dose in late 2014 .
what really helped me get thru the extrme xanax withdrawals was exercising i started by just walking 15 minutes , after i walked i felt great for HOURS. i was hoping that my health would be fine by now after quiting xanax so long ago
