Yea, Im not really down with doing poetry, Im more about sports, but I ahd to write a poem and here it is.
The People in Power
All the leaders want to fight,
All the leaders believe they are right.
They take our hard earned cash,
We sign it over in a flash.
In a democracy people have te right to choose,
In 2004 it was a Nazi or a douche.
The Republicans use TV news to manipulate our brain,
The people who question them are called unpatriotic and insane.
If we are so evolved, why can't we live as one,
Why can't we learn to talk instead of turning to the gun?
Kill Kill Kill, Fight Fight Fight,
Tis the motto of those on the right.
They continue to lie,
And like brainwashed pussies we let them slide.
Its time to hold these bastards accountable for their choices,
Be loud and let them hear our fucking voices!
You will hold us down no more,
Ending the corruption and finding out the truth is the goal of OUR war!
Attention liberals, you don't get a free pass,
For all Im concerned, you guys suck ass!
Why the fuck should I give up my hard earned money,
To some loser who has 10 kids and is a druggie.
Hell, give everyone free health care,
Just pull the money out of thin fucking air.
Republicans are evil, Republicans are sick,
Meanwhile, we'll keep sitting back complaining and not doing dick.
Its all about the environment, save an animal, plant a tree,
Who cares that we are in the middle of World War Three!
Liberals, you have grand ideas, you want us to keep giving,
But some of us are just scraping by, trying to make a living.
You vote for the war, then bash out president,
Why not just vote NO and set a solid fucking precendent?
Come on smarten up guys, take a stand and be firm,
Otherwise those you despise will win another term.
