Stimulants My dog found some shards whilst out for a midnight stroll and needs some help

So my dog went for a walk the other night and found some shards in a a little baggie and wants to try it but need a little help. He's unsure if it's meth or speed and has access no to a glass pipe. All the resources he has to smoke it is some aluminium foil, beer bottle, flood light light bulb and that's probably about it. (He broke the last light bulb trying to make a pipe). The flood light has this tin foil look stuff on it. So can anyone help him?

Seriously, use the search engine. Also, we don't do the whole "my dog" or "my cat's friend" nonsense. No SWIM either. It doesn't protect you legally and is really annoying to read.
