My Doctor's Stupidity

i have a new doctor who won't perscribe Vyvanse like my old one did, he is trying to push Strattera and Wellbutrin on me instead. i told him i don't want to be on a SNRI like Strattera and he said its not and that it acts on dopamine(he was just completely wrong on that). i also told him that Wellbutrin isn't even an ADHD treatment and he says thats what he uses it for.

do i need a new doctor or what?

sorry if this thread is kind of weird i'm really high on PCP right now :D
 
Yes StaySedated, it is kind of weird. We aren't doctors, and can't tell you what's right for you and what isn't. If you feel you need to search out a new doctor, do so, but this doesn't generate discussion. Closed.
