My dependancy on opioid based drugs

Hello I am new to this I am addicted to opiate based pain relievers and I have used heroin for maintenance. I am now on Suboxone and my insurance company has denied my claim for my recent prescription and I cannot afford to pay for my medication. What do I do this is all over or urine test that needs to be ordered but they will not do it.
