My comedowns are horrible, I feel so exhausted.

I smoke some really great quality canabis. I smoke almost everyday. I was wondering why over the last month or two I feel absolutely exhausted when im coming down. Im so tired that my entire body aches and I can barely move. I only feel like this a few hours after a smoke. I dont feel tired during the day. I dont binge eat. I actually eat pretty healthy and make good healthy meals for dinner when im high. Im in great shape. Exercise hard care every day. Drink water. ect ect.
The only thing that actually give me a little energy when im feeling like this is the Jaccuzi it helps a little but i practically have to crawl to the jacuzzi.
When i am high i am very active and have a great time. I dont sit around and watch TV or play video games. ect Im just to active and this is just me..
Im actually like that on just about any drug. Very fun,excited ect.
Why do i feel so exhausted when coming down? is that normal? do other people feel like this.
 
That seems fairly normal to me. Whenever I have my bud (if it's not indica) I am incredibly talkative and always going out and doing shit but when I start to come down all I want to do is sleep. I found that last year when I had about nine months of everyday smoking I would be incredibly tired after each session. I took a month break and was no longer tired so maybe that's the answer. Just dont smoke any for a week and see if it helps. Otherwise you can mess up your body and sleeping patterns even more by drinking coffee/energy drinks other stimulants to keep you more alert!
 
yeah easier said than done. Just kidding thank you for the advise. I absolutely cannot smoke on Friday sat or Sunday this week for work related reasons so ill try to overlap that into next week. Thanks man!!!
 
it catches up with the best of us. i workout everyday yet still am pretty burned out some days i only smoke a bowl before bed but still burnt out. took me about 2 years of straight smoking to start gettin burnt.
 
its called a burnout. stop toking for 2-3 weeks (actually do it)
and then when you smoke, dont smoke as much.

viola, problem solved.
 
if you have a burnout and smoke more doesnt that make the burnout after that one even worse due to your brain being clouded with cannabinoids? nbd js
 
I get burnouts no matter what .

It doesn't matter what strain you getting you retards . Well it does to a certain extent , but it doesn't necessarily change your burnout.



Just stop smoking and start vaping .


When you smoke anything your also inhaling carcinogens from the smoke which obviously isn't the greatest thing for you body .

So what happens during your burnout is your body is trying to get rid of these carcinogens , taking all your energy up so It can focus on that .
After a few hours (or depending on the particular persons immune system) you will no longer feel the burnout as much .

funny thing is I just got a vaporizer this week. So im gonna try it and only it tonight then take 3-5 days off. Move back to vapor only. Man that is not gonna be fun. Then see what happens. Ill report back Monday or if i can Wednesday!!! Thanks for all the advise.

It sucks becasue i really love my pot. and hate to drink ect.
I used to be an alcoholic drinking 6+ shots a night.
I havent touched alcohol for over a year except for an occasional beer.
Well wish me luck...
 
I dont really get burnt out but thats whats happening to you as others have mentioned.

Do you get really really high when you smoke? Cause I know when I get ripped and start to come down, I get real burnt.

Smoke less? Take stims? Drink energy drink/coffee? Take a nap?
 
I quit smoking the green about 3 weeks ago , i dont know the exact day i stopped but i wanted to give it a break because i was getting to sleep late and having issues with waking in the morning.

I also was having issues with learning new things in my field of work and i was a tad bit lazy.

Now i feel i am much more clear headed and i want to smoke again but i dont want to mess this up. Perhaps the vaporazor ( i would make one ) is the best way to go and maybe ill be able to get around some of the issues mentioned.

As far as stopping.. it was fine i was feeling bored and the first few days i had issue with sleep but some nyquil takes care of that. Overall it was not bad, and now i dream more.

you'll recover fast if you quit... problem is staying quit ;P

When coming down, I usually either smoke a little again or go to bed... not a in the morning type of smoker unless i've got the whole day ahead of me without anything important to do.
 
Okayyyy I just tool a nap after a burnout and .....


Nap = mentally refreshing and one of the best natural cures for a hangover :-D
