I posted this in the MXE combination thread but it got buried without an answer... (mods feel free to merge later).
Basically I'm wondering if anyone has combined MXE with a herbal or pharmaceutical PDE-5 inhibitor and can share their results?
I think Horny Goat Weed is less selective and might have some dopamine/norepinephrine activity so could potentially be more more problematic, but that's only a guess...
I assume it's ok, but if anyone has personal experience, or thoughts on the pharmacology it would be greatly appreciated.
