Your pet monkey should look into how absurd the idea that such annoying word games would make any difference in a legal case is.
As for you, MXE should dissolve fine. I've a fair bit of experience injecting MXE, and it always dissolved either by itself or with a touch of heat. If what you have doesn't do so, then you should accept that whatever you have probably isn't MXE.

I second that, MXE requires a fair amount of stirring (5 minutes I'd say) to completely dissolve, unlike Ketamine which dissolves pretty quick. You can add a touch of heat to speed it along, but it isn't necessary and I wouldn't advocate (as it may just assist any cuts to dissolve, which wouldn't otherwise)
If it doesn't dissolve at all, I would be wary.
Lol me? Drugs? Well you might be on to something... Anyway does vaping work with MXE like that? You wouldn't need freebase? I think it usually comes in hcl and then what about concentration? It might be difficult to analyze 100mg at a time...
As far as water goes I duno. I've tried to dissolve the stuff in it and it doesn't seem to dissolve very well and leaves no results. Maybe i'm not doing things right. Luke warm water doesn't do much. Boiling just seemed to evaporate the water and still cloudy. IN works just fine.
Okay it seems to have taken me so long to post the above that you guys posted some replies. Its mxe. its slightly off white more like cream. I didn't stir long enough im guessing cause i was expecting it to dissolve almost immediately like some other substances but after a few stirs and still not dissolving i add some heat for another few secs and not much happening trying not to burn anything but yeah maybe the entire process was taking too long it seemed like. Perhaps a little patience is at hand...the PG actually worked though but maybe ill just use that for vaping other substances. not sure about vaping mxe...wil try more mixing next week...or any idea how long the stuff is good for in a solution? add some pg as a preservative?

It should dissolve with a little determination. I have had 2 batches that didn't dissolve properly, one was definitely cut, the other one seemed potent enough but I can't be sure.
