( MXE / 35mg ) - Beginner - Lethargic night of nothing

Previous drug experience:
Alcohol on and off.
Ecstasy - one time only
Nothing else.

Bought some mxe from a vendor who had good reviews with his mxe. It arrived the other day and I was waiting for a day where I'd be free to use it which happened today.

4.30 - Took a 1 mg or so allergy test. Hopped in the shower, ate a little food and watched TV.

5.15 - With no adverse reactions, I weighed out 25 mg on a scale and took it sublingually. Taste was salty but not bad.

5.45 - Definitely feel something now, mostly a mental fuzz. I have some Pink Floyd on the headphones and Family Guy on the tv. I get up to walk and notice it's a bit difficult, kind of like being drunk. I use the bathroom with no trouble.

6:00 - Still feeling somewhat confused and disoriented - not a bad feeling per se, but it's like being drunk without the good feeling of being drunk.

6:30 - Head is clearer now and I can pay attention to things without trouble. I decide to weigh out another 10 mg and take it sublingually.

6:30 - 9.00 - More or less the same. I dont have any CEV or OEV and am pretty bored at this point. This stuff does make me real sleepy and I end up falling asleep sometime not too long after 9.

7.00 The next morning - I end up sleeping 10 hours and wake up with no residual effects. Mind is clear and have no problems, as if I hadn't done anything the night before.


This wasn't the eye-opening experience I thought it'd be. No euphoria just disorientation. Maybe next time I'll try a higher dose or a different batch.

You got some "botched MXE synth", a crappy ketamine anologe, it was cut to death, or next time.... do more.

MXE (when you can even get the real deal), is so beautifully visual, and mentally stimulating; it's not even a joke.
 
Ahh what a bummer. Next time i'll try doubling the dose from this batch and report back.
 
I have the real deal MXE bought from one of the official vendors last spring. At that dosage I find the effects to be similar. And yet at around 55+mg it takes off and is fukkin' awesome...
 
sounds a bit like my first experiences with mxe, all at low doses. im chicken liek that and dont like going directly to high doses, so im working my way up before i give up.
 
^I disagree, I remember when I got mxe from the first official batch ever and 20mg would blow pretty much anyone away, and smoking weed with it was just too intense that noone would care to. I wouldn't describe the taste as salty, at least nothing like table salt, although it technically is a salt.

Anyway you probably have a newer batch of lesser quality mxe thats going around. Unfortunately it's hard to find genuine mxe nowdays.

I'd say take 60+mg all at once that should be where the fun starts.
 
i dont know man, doubling the dose seems pretty radical and for example me, if the effects at higher doses are the same but stronger than these at low doses... well im not sur ei would like it that much...
 
Trust me, higher doses are much different than lower doses. Think about dxm, with 4 different distinguishable plateaus. I would say that methoxetamine has a few as well. The more you do the further and further you feel from reality and the more you feel like you're "coming out" of your body if that makes any sense. Once you hit a certain dose you pretty much completely exit your body. complete dissociation. completely different than the bubbly euphoric state that low doses give.
