sorry if this isn't using correct forum expectation but this is my first post. Swim's second flush of mushrooms seem slightly different than their first. Swim may have left too much of the base of the other mushrooms in the substrate when he tried to have a second flush. The mushroom kit has a strong odor, of rotten mushrooms. The stalks have developed splits and most of the mushrooms are very hollow. The stalks also seem crinkly and have shiny surfaces and the mushrooms have quite a strong smell. As swim dug into the lower layers it seems to have a gray/blue colour to the soil and lower levels. some of the soil is clear, where as some if it is heavily infected with this grey matter. Please swim know what is going on and are the mushrooms which swim has picked from it safe to eat? Anyone know what is going on?
