Must have overly crashed estrogen.. how long till normal?

Kinda frustrated feel wrong all over the place tried caber didn’t help so prolactin isn’t the issue, I took arimidex about 2 weeks ago
And felt amazing the day after then crashed pretty hard,

About to just buy a sensitive estradiol test tired of playing games might try and take some more and see if it helps but I feel it’s too low not too high..,

Thoughts?

Do the estro test if you really wanna know. Otherwise just drop to a cruise/trt for a few weeks til it straightens out

How your joints feeling? Crashed estrogen will make them extremely dry to the point it becomes unsafe to lift weights.

Terrible my knees and elbows are constantly sore. I took a blood test yesterday for E2 and cholesterol I’ll probably get it back Wednesday.

Make more sense it was high based off long term Test / Tren usage. But I just saw aromasin can cause permanent estrogen decreases? The results will say a lot
