i'm looking for some music to tirp like shpongle and Slackbaba.

i think the sound i'm looking 4 is best described as ambient psytrance

Heya sorry I cant be of much help here - but have you heard this schpongle track? Sendsa shivers down my spine everytime I hear it. I usually listen to it at night to relax with a cup of peppermint tea:

I love the hang - I wish i could afford to buy one and learn to play (I know this isn't really what you asked, sorry).

Muse Breaks by Infected Mushroom is also pretty awesome and quite 'schpongley' (is that a word? ) anyway heres a link to one of my favourite tracks by them :D

I would argue that these releases are probably the closest thing you'll find in terms of predecessor to Shpongle. I would highly recommend these releases.
