I would like to thank Aly Kat~ for her permission to post this.
Melting Into You
Shrooms taste like shit. Eating them in a port-a-potty doesn’t quite help the situation either. Once again chewing them into a paste then swallowing that horrid fungus. I stand waiting for that effect to kick in again. I wait with an anxious mind, round two. I’m in Baltimore, Scott Henry, and Christopher Lawrence, walking around Starscape.
I sit back on the hill next to fizzygirl and Dakeva, all of a sudden the familiar buzz encompasses my body like the hug of an old friend. Like a shovel clocking me upside the head, it has started – the alternate visions appear, the alternate reality opens up welcoming me. I see all the Bluelighters around me, I’m drawn to those I connect with, those I see traveling the parallel journey of life alongside mine, exploring the candy store world we live in, those Bluelighters who remind me that life is beautiful and comedy is all around us – humor is what drives life.
I stroll to the main tent and am entranced by the screens. I stare, a slave to the swirl of colors around me, my torso shaking to the drops of the baseline. It seems as if the whole venue is vibrating. Shaking me to the core as I see my hands tremble. I am almost encapsulated by so much fear I hold onto what sanity I have left and leave. This is too much I must go.
I return to the hill and sit with AlyKat~ hugging her and just talking about starting to feel our trip. Moments later I find myself melting into her subconscious, then into the ground, as our beings become one, no barriers, no fronts, just a connection, a link. I find myself feeling inside her mind and she roams freely throughout mine, scary yet so comfortable.
We sit and laugh like caddy children in the back of a school bus. Playing in our sandbox of general emotions. The whole spectrum is explored – erotica, humor, nakedness, fear, joy, love, and romance. The connection into each other’s minds have no boundaries, no ulterior motives, no physical barriers crossed, just our minds playing in a common meadow – connected. Only broken when we would become overwhelmed with giddy laughter and break apart for a moment to enjoy our newfound connection. No one is around us, only us in “our place.”
Aly felt it, felt the love I had for Starlette, felt the connection in my mind, saw the pedestal I have put this soul upon.
I touched the corners in Aly’s mind. Those deep caring feelings, covered and held so tightly. Wanting for someone worthy to hold and have, so much to give so wanting to show her softer feline self.
And we spin with the wind, ride the impulses of each other’s sub consciousness. Touching each other’s ego hand in hand as we walked in our collective. Feeling the energy of our minds play in the limitless expanse of our universe. Watching the masses around us in this mini-utopia of free idea and thought.
We watched Sticky, the social moth moving around touching the minds that flare around him, holding court with the masses. Such a purple aura of peace, ribbons around of him.
I turn and talk with Soulfly, my brother in another life. Constantly wishing I could live nearer to him. His unhappiness so blatant in front of me it just about drives me to tears.
I walk with Ebow, my mind-partner. We walk on the beach and admire the Bay, just watching and enjoying this serine moment of silence. Little words are said, but so much understood.
I take Dagny to the pier to watch the sunrise, such a talk of equal minds in the same struggle to keep life balanced. She is such a muse to the souls of many.
And as the night progressed, I felt Aly slip from my mind but I will never forget melting into her…
