Mushrooms MDMA and pot~~~> Seizures or something

Me and two friends did 100mg MDMA and 3 grams of mushrooms. At around 6 hours after ingestion we were smoking a blunt with a lot of marijuana in it; suddenly one of my friends gets a wave come over him and he has to sit down, we were talking to him, and then suddenly he has muscle spasms and moans and falls back. I take note that he's not actually having a seizure. He's on his back staring straight and when I call his name he responds, gets up, and he's fine after a few minutes and a protein shake.

Sounds like a seizure to me, albeit a fairly short, brief one. It might even have been a faint, they're not uncommon on serotonergic drugs such as MDMA, & adding psychedelics to the mix only increases these risks.

It was definitely the mushrooms. He also said he was a bit dehydrated (surely the MDMA played a part here), hadn't eaten in about 8 hours (blood sugar was low), it was 6am (we were exhausted), we were smoking a lot of weed, and we were talking about death. When we spoke about it afterward he said it was a little bit of each, and the experience itself felt like that energy from the mushrooms, the one that tryptamines seem to share. Specifically he said it felt just like DMT.
