funny shroom trip
a few months ago, during the summer, a buddy and i decided to eat a 1/8 of dried shrooms. this was not our first time.
we decided to get up early (around 10 oclock) and he picked me up and we each chowed down our bag on the way to a local park so we could walk through the forest along a lake (very beautiful) because we figured it would be a cool way to begin the trip. we walked down the trail for a little ways, then sat on the bench and began to feel the shrooms kick in. then, we decided to get up and go smoke a cig and stare at a tree. at this time, we were both beginning to laugh, for no reason, at the stupidest things. i began to stare at a huge tree and i noticed the bark migrating all over the place. i sparked upway we had been walking and where we ahd came from , so now we we a cig and just stared at it. i began pointing out the irregularities in the tree, just as a runner runs by and noticed me commenting on the tree staring it while smoking a cig...
this was very funny (and embarrassing) so we walked off down the trail and got COMPLETELY lost... we totally forgot which way we came from and what direction we were heading... we were officially tripping balls lost in the woods.
we meandered down a deer trail a ways and laid down on some leaves for about 15 minutes or so. then we got up and eventually found our way back. we were having a good time so far, but we were sick of the forest, so we decided to go visit our friend who was working by himself at the Cleaner's. we drove to the cleaners, and on the way, we bumped a song called "bad weed blues" (very funny song) and the car ride was spectacular and we felt like the coolest dudes on earth...
so we arrive at the cleaner's and our friend has no idea we're tripping. we tell him we're tripping and he asked us if we wanted to ride around in the clothes bins . we laughed and quickly complied. he pushed us around through all these clothes on a clothing bin that had wheels. i was perfectly comfortable chilling in the clothes bin in the front of the store after beign jostled around the store, and sure enough a customer walks in. i jump out laughing hysterically and head to the back of the store. after the customer leaves, we begin getting VERY confused on what to do next.
we sat in the store for literally an hour "talking in circles" about what to do next. every time i would ask my friend if he wanted to go to the beach, he would reply "i dont know" and then suddenly a new conversation would spark up and then shortly thereafter, going to the beach was brought up once again. finally, we decided to go to the beach. this is when the real fun began.
the beach we went to was filled with people and there was a huge dock in the water with a high-dive and a low-dive. we laughed our entire way into the beach and into the water as people gave us strange looks. the water felt PERFECT -- absolutely AMAZING and the sand conformed so nicely to our feet it felt INCREDIBLE. we started to swim out to the dock and we were laughing so hard at the fact that it was taking forever to swim out there that we almost couldnt keep swimming. we finally made it out to the dock and climbed up the ladder up on to it. i decided to jump off the high-dive, but for some reason, i bursted out laughing once again, and as i was diving in, i had no air to breathe. i came up coughing and of course my friend was laughing at me. we climbed up on the dock and sat on the edge of it and soaked up the sun. this is when we began "talking in circles" once again. we couldnt decide if we wanted to go to shore or to stay out on the dock. so, we sit out on the dock, dumbfounded, by this time we had dried off from the sun, and we heard a big voice over the megaphone say "4 oclock safety break." we saw people jumping in to swim in but for some reason we just couldnt decide if we should go in or not. finally, we were the LAST 2 people to go in and a whole beach full of people is watching us swim in. we do the backstroke the whole way and fail to realize that the water level DOES in fact get shallower. we realized we were still doing the backstroke in 2 feet of water and got up laughing and ran out and dried off...
overall, it was a very confusing, yet a hysterical time.
i definitely reccomend swimming on shrooms.
