I know I can stand to lose 10 pounds. I had fat removal on my stomach last year so I don't think I have too much anywhere else. I weigh about 190 and I am 5'9. I do not look fat, per se but I am becoming noticeably muscular. I do a lot of weights and running. What is the deal with muscle gain and weight gain?

You seem to be doing good workouts so yes you will definitely gain muscles ftom that. It seems as some people just grow muscles faster than others (that includes me) but it will also depend on the intensity of the training etc.

I noticed that my legs are more prone to muscles and I had been doin tons of exercises but notice gradual results. It might take months for me to achieve my desired results.

It depends on a few things, including genetics, protein intake, training intensity, hormone levels ect ect I have been training off and on since I was 13, and have gone through periods where my muscle growth was explosive and when it has slowed to a crawl ( all this prior to tinkering with my hormones) but as a general rule you can start dropping the fat but still see an up tick on the scale muscle is much denser and thus weighs more. Up side is that the more muscle you have the less fat you will accumulate as the cost of your body keeping the muscle increases your base caloric need.
