Multiple substances in a pill

Just a quick question on testing: what do the results of a test look like if there are different substances in your pill? Say it has MDMA, caffeine, and amphetamine - what would the tests look like?

I have the EZtest kit, and I'm wondering if I should get the mecke and the simon ones, too.

Basically, if a pill contained 70% of a substance that turned a test red, and 30% of a substance that turned a test yellow, would the test show up as yellow and red, orange, or would it just blow up?

The darker colors likely overpower any lighter colors, but I've never personally tested anything that's been confirmed to have multiple substances. Hopefully someone else has that can chime in.
