multiple 'script question

I see my psychiatrist once every two months to pick up my Adderall 'script (he gives me 2 scripts so I don't have to go back every month) Also he gives me a Klonopin 'script (.5mg 30 day supply, #120) that I am able to refill when I pick up my Adderall at the end of the month.
Last week I saw my family physician for a mild cough and was able to fetch a 'script for tussionex. Most doctors won't refill without a follow-up visit but I can usually get 2 more refills by just calling the office and claiming I'm having the same symptoms.
I didn't want to screw up my chances of getting tussionex so I didn't tell the doc the other meds I was on.
I'm wondering however if the pharmacy might notify the doctor of this strange combo (Allegra, Adderall, Klonopin, and Tussionex) I'm assuming if I refill all of these in the span of a few days that it might cause some suspision(sp?) Isn't there something in their computers that would red flag this? The main reason Im worried is because I once had a phamacist go ballistic on me about the dangers of taking 20mg of Adderall with a 2.5/250mg lortab.
With the exception of the allegra I don't really "need" these meds but I certainly don't want to take any chances.
Im sure a lot of this depends on the pharmacy, but I wan't to be sure. Anyway, I'd like to refill all 4 of these within the next few days and avoid any kind of suspision. I know this probaby sounds like Im being a bit to paranoid but last year I managed to keep a bi-weekly tussionex 'script going for 3 months and I'd like to do it again.
note- this was with the same legitimate doctor prescribing me tussionex last year and I'd like to do it the same way. Sorry if this sounds like a lot of paranoid rambling, Im on a lot of speed right now.
 
goto a different pharmacy every time....same way with doctor go into 10 walk-in-clinics and get 10 perscriptions.
 
they might say something only because they are from different doctors, i doubt it though, to be safe i'd suggest filling the tussionex at a different pharmacy than the adderall/kpin
 
Ya I would get it filled at a different pharmacy. Even if you have to pay cash it's still worth it. Tussionex is fucking great...
 
Might want to use a different "chain"... Just going to the same franchise a lot of them are networked. Walgreens are, CVS probably is. But as far as them finding out any other way...Nope.
 
Alot of people are paranoid about others finding out they see a shrink so even if your doc did find out its not the end of the world.
It might actually be illegal for the pharmacist to call up the doc and tell him what else you are taking. I wonder. I mean theoretically you have some sort of privacy with regard to your prescription medications.
What stupid pharmacist went ballastic about loratab and adderall? Its an amphetamine and a opiate why is this dangerous? What was he worried about CYP 2d6 mediated increase in effects. That seems like a really really minor effect not to be concerned with unless you had like a heart condition or some such.
