Hey, not too sure if this is exactly where this thread show go, but I'm semi-new here so correct me if it's not..

Anyway, over the last month I have taken:
30 Xanax 1mg's - orally and inter-nasally (over the month)
15 Ambien 10mg's - orally and inter-nasally (over the month)
10 zolpidem 5mg's (one night)
20 Diazapam 10mg's (over the month)
4 Tramadol - not to sure the weights (one night)
0.5-1.5g of cannabis a night
5-20 cigarettes a day
3 co-proxomol
10 co-codomol

I think that's everything, and now my chest feels extremely tight, keep getting heart palpitations and shooting pains down my arms, legs and across my chest and back, my toes on my right foot are blue and itchy and I keep losing focus, I know something in that list is causing this but I know it's not the cigarettes or cannabis
I don't usually take pills, but it was a bad month and I was experimenting, any chance I could have done myself some serious damage ?

Blue toes, chest pain, shooting pains, and palpitations are not good signs. Go to the ER right away for evaluation.

Sounds more like the cigarettes. Don't snort your benzos it may be harmful and it certainly isn't more effective than taking them orally.

Seek medical attention.

I'll go to the doctors tomorrow, I don't feel like I'm in serious trouble right at the minute, it was my first time with prescription meds and I think i just over did it a bit, if I'm still getting the symptoms tomorrow morning I'll get straight to ER, god that's gonna take some explaining...

Thats why it's actually better to go to A&E than your doctor. It's a stranger and they never send the info to your doctor.

But if your blue foot is caused by a blood clot, you only have so many hrs until heparin is not going to work to disolve the clots. That could be what's causing your chest pain too. I think the time limit on Heparin for clots is 3-4 hrs.

It's not the whole foot, its just the first 3 toes, but I have Raynaud's syndrome, so it might just be that, I'll take the chance tonight and get fixed up tomorrow, thanks for the information anyway Zoey

None of us can tell you what's wrong with your body. Even if we were doctors, it's impossible to safely diagnose over the internet. Get yourself to a doctor and have a professional tell you what's wrong. End of.
