I've never understood how people can not like or get pissed off at the tourists here for the festival, without them there wouldn't be a festival, no fringe, no 5am licenses, nothing. Thank fuck for tourists, it's a great buzz round Edinburgh with them here and IME it doesn't affect residents life that much. I used to bus in and back from the centre every day for work and was never anymore hassle than usual.

It is legal to drink in the streets but the police are allowed to seize alcohol from those misbehaving under the Criminal Justice & Police Act of 2001.

I looked it up the only place there is a bad on the streets is Leith.

He has not been killed or raped by Roby, Random lorry drivers or myself as of yet. However I think he mind raped himself at some point. He's piecing bits back together for the most part of today. Good times.


And no texts from PT about pints in the town yet. Sadly I missed going to meet our lovely chinup last night I hear the three of them had a blast. Would have been 4 but PT Bottled out from what I was told.
 
I hitched a lift the other day.
Only wanted to go about 500 yards, but thought I'd try and hitch it cause of the heat and sheer laziness.

Then some chavved up impreza with tinted windows U turned and pulled up, a door flung open and it turned out to be an old friend of mine.

'hello cornishman' he said with a menacing smile on his face.
'Oh, hello Mr X' I replied.

When I told him my destination he cursed me for being a lazy c*nt thinking I needed a 'proper lift' but it was all good.

We laughed and reminisced of days gone by, I then got out of the car after about 45 seconds.
The heat was quite warm. (About 25 degrees).

I proceeded to walk down the street.
A seagull was eyeing me from the gutter above. 'where is he going' it was probably thinking.

Got totally out of my head on mxe last night and imagined i was in some sort of non-existent log cabin in the middle of nowhere where I thought that people were turning up were total strangers. Thankfully the house here is so homely and lovely that I was as happy as larry with that. was very surreal on both parts for sure./ Drunk lots more tonight and indulged in only alcohol tonight, and tad of MXE and ODT. no stupid 200mg dosings again though

Sleeep time sooon,, doubt we will head to the fringe but having a greeat time here :) more fun times to come and then I willl have to slot back into civilisation again :(

Oh, and was also great to meet the legend that is chin_up yesterday night too =D Great night, Scotland is great.



Partttime you seem to be the king of backing out of meeting up with bluelighters still here till Tuesday though if you can actually be fucked to try and meet up some time between now an then then get in touch mofo :P

Taken me best part of an hour to write this post on unfamiliar keyboardist and drunk and drugged, sleepy time :):):) LOVE to all BL <3
