Mucinex and Dayquil?

Kinda new to this site, so hi! My friend was telling me about how he took a crapton of Mucinex and got really messed up, and I was like, eyyy I should try that.

But then I did some research and found out that the Mucinex I have, DM, has 600mg of Guaifenesin and only 30MG of DXM.

Now, being the responsible drug user I am, I decided I didn't want to wreck my liver taking too much Guaifenesin.

But I do have a little bit of Dayquil that has DXM and Acetaminophen in it. Would it be ok to take a few mucinex and down it with some Dayquil and get the same affect as a lot of mucinex, without ingesting a lot of Guaifenesin and Acetaminophen?

Never take any drugs containing acetaminophen to get high. It's asking for trouble. DXM is great, and if ur gunna do it, use a product with DXM being the sole active ingredient. It's been said thousands of times on drugs forums but it's still not clear but at least you came here first.

Get some robitussin cough gels (the red pills) or the robitussin syrup in a light blue box. Don't listen to your friend because he's obviously misinformed if he's taking mucinex to trip.
