MSTs in the US?? how do YOU do them?

OK, first off, I relise that you do get Morphine Sulphate Tablets, but Im wondering if they're like the ones we get here.
Here,(in New Zealand) we get them in 10mgs(yellow) 30s(purlple) 60s(orange) 100s(grey) & 200s(green) does that sound familiar to anyone?
Next thing is I looked through MST threads & noticed lots of negitivity towards it, strange I thought, as herion is virtually impossible to score here so everyone does mst's . The upside of this is that you know excatly what you're getting-you cant be ripped off & its consistant.ODs from MSTs here are almost unheard of.
Down side is that it takes a while to do up, can be fucked up easily & you need another ingredient which brings to my key point, can you get 'AA' or 'Double' in the States? ( sorry i cant remember the officical name of it) It smells REALLY bad & burns your nose, you have to cook it off you pill or it really hurts going in (IV) & you get all red & prickly if you dont get it all off. It is or was used in photography & thats all i know about it except that it's evil fucking shit!!
Basicly I'm wondering if i should bring some in with me (i'm moving over soon) Its not illegal, but I'd rather not.

What you are looking for is acetic anhydride (I assume thats the 'AA'). You will have a lot of trouble getting that anywhere in North America as its a very watched chemical. What you might be able to get is glacial acetic acid, a substitue, that you can get at some photography stores.
You know what your doing when your add in the 'AA' right
