Anyone have experience combining MS Contin and fentanyl? I have 300mg MS I'm gonna plug, then i plan on taking one 50mcg/hr gel patch sublingually about an hour or two after plugg. Then i plan on smoking the other patch over the course of the buzz.
Anyone ever done something similar?
I'm wondering what receptors will all be occupied and what type of buzz I can expect from this.
I am very opiate tolerant and know my limits, I'm just searching for that perfect combo b/c I have found that any one particular opiate by itself lacks experience. I love Oxy+fent., but i'm now looking for a more chill type buzz.
