I can't seem to find much info at all on this chem... all I've found is that it's an opioid? Anyone have any more info? Is it worthwhile?

Nope, it's not available and hopefully never will be.

It's mostly known for being cooked up by some chem student - and while it was apparently a half-decent opiate, he screwed up the synth, and it contained MPTP as an impurity - which kills dopaminergic neurons, causing a condition which mimics parkinsons disease (permanently) - as people who took his drug discovered the hard way. Had a delayed onset (a couple of days), too.
MPPP is not used medically. It isn't used illegally either, due to the difficulty of preparing it without the horrifically toxic impurity - nobody wants chemically induced parkinsons.

MPTP, however, is used in medical research to induce parkinsons disease in lab animals to test treatments for the condition.

MPTP is related to the insectisides diquat and paraquat.

MPPP could also be the N-pyrollidine analog of methylone, I think.

Strange then that a legit vendor is offering it... maybe its the stimulant that I've heard gets confused with the same name?

There's no way to tell. There is a stimulant that is sometimes called MPPP and a dangerous designer opioid that is also sometimes called MPPP.

This is dangerous.
